OK I am his EX wife I was liveing in AK with him when we were married we got our divorce he has never helped with the kids are paied child support now he wants to have joint custody and i have a paper that says i have custody i live with my husband in CA and he wants me to live near his mom and dad and stay there he thinks i should not live any were else I do not want to stop my life to make him happy i am married and the kids and me are happy he does not see his kids and has not done anything to show he cares he is married again and got kicked out of the Army has no job liveing in a little house with his new wife and her kid he does not live any were near his mom and dad so why should i do what he wants we go to court on july 20th so if anyone can help me prove that he needs to step up and be a man and take care of his kids first i would love the help he does not need to set around and get whatever he wants just because its what will make him happy when his kids do without and i work my butt off to take care of them
