For the past several months I have noticed a charge of $ 12.95 added onto my Windstream phone bill as ILD Teleservices and then in the direct dialed calls section of the bill it lists non-regulated line 2 VMail MTHFee
of $ 12.95. I did not know what this was for and asked my wife. She does not know either and we neither one have authorized any voice mail services.
These charges just started showing up on my bill. I am in the process of filing complaints with South Carolina Consumer Affairs, US Attorney General, South Carolina Attorney General, FCC and with Windstream. I plan to stop paying these charges immediately and ask my phone company to shut off third party billing to my phone bill. I will seek restitution from ILD and hopefully Florida's Attorney General will go after these companies criminally for fraud.
