ILD Teleservices charged my telephone bill with Windstream Comm.in Dec. 2006 and Jan. 2007 $12.95 each month for V Mail Mth Fee says billed on behalf of Nations Voice Plus. I never ordered or asked for this charge. This is fraudulent charges, I called 1-800-433-4518 and stayed on line for 21 minutes and my call was never answered. I wanted these charges stopped and a refund to my account. How can I stop this if I can't get through to them.
