We received a too good to be true offer from World Voice Link Inc., about a free pager, phone and voice mail, etc... They had my wife say yes to a bunch of recorded messeges and got our local billing info from verizon phone services. We never received any merchandise or services that were promised. We have been billed now for 2 years. I have tried to contact ILD Teleservices many times and keep getting the run-around about how they are just a billing service (like a middle-man) and cannot give me any more information about the company World Voice Link Inc. They do not have the permission or the right to quit billing us. I have tried to contact World Voice Link Inc., but its like they dont exist. Now we have and are still continously getting ripped off 20.00 monthly by ILD Teleservices. Just what can be done? I dont know. If i refuse to pay, my phone gets shut off because the bill is on my phone bill statement. FRUSTRATED! -
