r j reynolad is the main distributor of smokless tobacco and cig for some brand to whole saler now whole saler charge full price to retailer and on every month purchase r j reynolad collect invoice from distributor to reimburse some amount of cost based on retailer contract they calculate upon quanity and reimburse some amount of money back to retailer now the thing is that they are forcing to retailer to not sale any cheap cig than there product that is not right by it self stating you can not ask retailer to not sell any cheap product if your product is expensive that is there problem in first place second thing they accpet same kind volume from store near by near which is also not possible by it self

i am retail busineessman i have this kind of contract with them and i am getting buy down from them on timely manner but later my sales rep is replaced with some new sales rep and the new sales rep cancaled my contract saying you are not making enough volume now i have to pay full price for there cig and tobacco which cost me more and to survive i have to sale that product with high price that is really impacting my business i contact so many time to start my contarct but no one answer on the call

also they have some stupid requirement saying we need that many space in store
i don't understand this requirement why they forcing on space they just need to care about the product if the retailer is keeping the product or not that retailer problem where to put that particular product

and according to my suggestion they need to stop doing business like that they just holding money from retail businessman which is huge amount holding money one month and doing reimbursemtn on second month which already coverd from current month that is big scam it is huge amount they hold up from retail sector that need to be stoped at all

one more thing why they doing this thing like selling with higher price and reimbursing some of them after one month business has to be straight forward sale on the same price which cost after reimbursement and let distributor to sale what ever price they want

i have store in ekron ky and my store is near by one gas station now my contract has been cancaled since year so since last one year i am paying higher money on my inventory in front of gas station now i have to sale same product with higher cost in front of gas station which make impact on business really bad
that is not favoriable like you sale same produtc to different different price on same location business
