I purchased a TV from Best Buy February 28 not knowing it was a refurbished TV. It had been repaired once before according to Samsung by Best Buy after it was returned February 10. December 6 the same part that broke on the TV broke again, and I was left with a warranty claim. With only 2 months remaining on the 12 month warranty, if the TV breaks again, I would be left with nothing. Best Buy has denied knowing the TV was broken or refurbished when sold and they are unwilling to make this situation right.
