Gateway will not honor 2 year extended warranty on refurbished notebook model # 73306GZ North Souix City

I purchase a refurbished Gateway Notebook 7330GZ for $869.96 plus shipping $29.99 plus Two year extended warranty for $109.00.

For 16 months I felt the comfort of such warranty, until I needed repair work done.

Thats when I was told that they would return my Warranty money only, reason being that the warranty they sold me should not have been sold in the first place because they didnt offer warranties on refurbished Gateway Notebooks.

When I asked why they sold it to me in the first place they had no answer, except that they would fix my computer at my cost only, since they had voided the warranty.

Then I asked why they had honored the warranty in the past when it was returned for Wireless internet connection problems, again they had no knowledge of such warranty work being done
