This corporation is a simple 3 to 4 tier pyramid scheme masked as a telecommunication company that fronts cell phones toting a "401K" type benefit that grows with each monthly premium.
Thier CEO proports to have at thier disposal a $100 million dollar plus starting cap while thier website is poorly assembled and is missing obvious vital information such as contact information, committee and/or officer detail. The site does contain (in PDF form) a vague contractual agreement made between parties for the exchange of membership fees among other assets.
Operating similarly to that of a cult, the corporation holds frequent nightly meetings with church and community leaders, and interested registrants into believing thier motives are sincere and the will of some divine authority. The actual ambition here is to attain as many religious "members" as possible using the extremely vague contract as a vehicle to entrap registrants into a binding agreement that allows La Promesa Corporation full access to thier assets including land, titles, and any funds accumulated.
Thier current base of operations is in a virtual office located in NY and in FL with a fully planned launch date sometime early Jan. Thier marketing strategy targets the middle to lower income Hispanic community and churches with 30 or more members with an average net asset value of $500,000 or more in property, accumulated donations, profits or both.
