Panos dentistry group 4849 North Milwaukee ave. Chicago, Illinois. Beware! This man is a common thief. My wife and I had paid up front for dental services that were about to be rendered. There was no confusion on either part about what the fee was. They (Dr. Panos and the receptionist) kept on hounding us about paying in advance for services that were not rendered and that we would recieve 400.00 off if we did so. We declined, they were good with that. My wife and I were going thru our bank statements for June and were Shocked to see our balance was below (-$1000.00) where it should have been. At first we thought credit card theft, but to our amazement we come to find that the good dentist Dr. Panos had pilfered our account for 300.00 one day and 700.00 another day! The bank teller told us that the money was deducted from our account using my credit card. Which was amazing considering Iam at home in bed due to a whiplash injury. More amazing when you consider I live in Kentland, Indiana!!! 126 miles away from the good doctor's office. Needless to say I called his office and demanded he account for this to which he responded, " Come in Tuesday and we can talk about it." I responded with a " You'd better have that FU#@ING MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT BY MONDAY OR THE POLICE WILL BE PAYING YOU A VISIT." How is it possible for someone to access my account without my knowldege or permission??? Now Iam assuming he wanted til tuesday so he could cook up some kind of story, but I have Bank Statements and the exact amount on paper that the union insurance paid. What recourse do I have with this petty criminal?
