We purchased 250 refurbished phones from SF Cellular. So far we have sold 160 and 35 phones were returned to us because the did not work or they simply fell apart.
SF Cellular says they have a 6 month warranty on all refurbished Cricket phones. So, we sent a few back to SF Cellular for repair.
SF Cellular did not honor their warranty! Simply stating "customer abuse warranty void". These phones were not abused, they are no water damaged, and they have no scratches dints or dings.
SF Cellular is a RIP-OFF! Do not buy from SF Cellular, they they will screw you and not honor their warranty!
