On October 9, I placed an order for a kitchen table, dining room table, sofa and loveseat, bedroom set, with GOT FURNITURE, the total amount owed was 3300.00. We paid 2000.00 upfront and the final 1300.00 on October 30th. The furniture was delivered on (2) seperate dates, the dining room table and bedroom mirror were both damage and we would not accept delivery. When my husband contacted Jeremy he was rude and acted as though he didn't care and we were inconveniencing him. We continued from October 9th when the furniture was rejected to contact Got Furniture, 2 days before Thanksgiving and 3 weeks after final payment had been received Jeremy Curry contacted my husband being very rude and stating "I don't believe you people will ever be happy". He wanted to do us a "FAVOR" and let us use the damaged table for the holiday until the new one came in. When Jeremy was rude and my husband was told the new table was not ordered until November 19th, 10 days after we rejected the table was husband got rude back. At that point Jeremy Curry refused to deal with us stating we could return the dining chairs to another location, pick up a refund check for the table, and pick up the mirror. Let me tell you I have never seen such POOR customer service in my life. Jeremy Curry acts as though he's the good guy doing us a favor, WAIT A MINUTE, HE HAS OUR MONEY!!! Please do not buy from this company they are dishonest! HERE ARE MY FACTS.
On my receipt it shows I paid for delivery and set up, Jeremy Curry is refusing to deliver the mirror and refund and pick up the chairs he expects us to go out of our way and do it even though we paid him.
The receipt shows you pay 50% upon order, and 50% before delivery, we were told we had to pay the full amount upon order, when we wouldn't agree we had to pay 2000.00 out of 3300.00.
The receipt shows all furniture is to be delivered 2-4 weeks, I've been waiting now six and have been told it won't be delivered.
The receipt shows no personal check, I was asked to pay with personal checks and if I did they would waive sales tax, which they did.
I also have several emails back and forth between Jeremy Curry and myself, I would be glad to assist anyone else that has been ripped off by this guy. As well am happy to share any of my documentation to show his lies, contradictions, and unprofessionalism. Please feel free to contact me, this man should not have the right to do business. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and will be with the Corporation Commission on Monday, as well I suppose I'm going to have to file litigation with the court.
