I am the same as everyone else who fell prey to Ashley Furniture. I bought $6,000 worth of furniture from these guys, and the wait time was on the redicouls side of things. When my furniture did show up. The dining room table I bought was broken, and was not delivered. The dining room chairs I bought are all loose. The dresser I bought was damaged, the delivery guy fixed it on delivery. The after another redicouls wait for the replacement table, it shows up damaged as well. The leaf for the table had a screw put through the middle of it, and the table itself had been dropped leaving a large gouge in the side. The customer service guy was suppose to come out 2 weeks ago (12 Sept 05) and now after spending over an hour on hold trying to get ahold of somebody I am now filling this out. Do Not Use Ashley Furinture!!!
