I purchase two rooms of furniture, during the multiple deliveries my cocktail table was never available, so I wanted to return those items from one of the rooms, because they could not find my cocktail table, finally a call comes in for me to look at a clearance table, it was really busted and I told the sales person that I was not looking for scratch and dent furniture, she says they will fix this table and I went back in to see this table and did not like what 'i saw, at that moment a young man claim he found a new table and that the delivery would take a week, he gave me a 25.00 discount on top of a week delivery of my new table (I thought), my table was delivered 10/31 (I paid for this furniture 8/18;
The table that was delivered was scratched up with evidence of plenty of touchups, I told the delivery guy my story and that I would like for him to take the table back of course he would not, I called the store for a manager of course no manager available, I origially paid 399.99 for that table with a 25.00 discount and I still get a busted table, I would like them to pick up all of their tables and refund my money. I'm still calling for some assistance.
