I bought a family room and eating collection from Combined Furniture Factory in September. The dinner collection just included 2 chairs and so I requested 2 extra seats.
The family room set was shipped broken and 14 days later after I went directly into get my eating set it had been the incorrect collection. They named me a couple weeks later and stated the dinner collection was directly into come pick it-up. After I went directly into choose it-up, the desk and 2 of the chairs were the right types, although not another 2 seats. They explained they'd contact me the moment they come in. I never got another phone - they went of company. Used to donot obtain the 2 extra seats, my furniture fixed, or my money returned.
I approached the store-manager in Tacoma and informed her what happened. She stated they do not have any evidence that used to donot obtain the seats so that they wont help me. So far as the broken furniture I'd need to spend to truly have the couch seat delivered for them or provide it towards the Tacoma shop myself. I informed her easily was not looked after precisely that I'd inform the world concerning the unjust treatment I obtained from United Furniture Factory. She stated, "proceed we're losing sight of company anyhow".
I tried to work well with my bank card organization, AT&T Common card, to obtain my money returned, but that did not pan out possibly - scammed again.
