Forever Greeting Cards, Mario Varela Sold greeting card rack to place in store

Mario came into our store selling greeting card racks. Told us to give it a try if it didnt work they would pick it back up with 100% return of money. Filled rack but stated did not have most recent holiday in van would return within a day or two to exchange out cards to fill with upcoming holiday. He did not return.

I called number on card and a woman picked up the phone and stated she did not speak english but no Mario. I called again the next day and the phone was disconnected. I also sent a letter to address given with no response.
