I purchased a greeting card franchise from Premier Greetings in August. After thorugh investigating I wired 10,000 dollars to Premier as per Tim Harris instructions. I followed that transaction a few weeks later with another 9000.00.
After many emails and phone calls to Premiers customer service rep I finaly received 10 Racks but no cards. I tried in vain to reach Tim Harris at Premier. He would never return calls to me.
I am now stuck with 10 usless racks and not enough parts to put them togather. I have no cards and no way of contacting Premier since they have pulled all their phones and web site.
I truly think that there is someone or some agency that would care enough to go after these people. I have sent complaints to Attorney general, ITC, and to BBB. No answers from anybody!!!
