Sent them my money in Jan ($6000) for a five-location greeting card distributorship. Repeated calls to them to find out where my cards and racks were were ignored.
Finally, the stuff arrived in MAY. Contacted the locator service (American Eagle) in Atlanta to have my stands located. Locator gave me five CRUMMY locations, none of which sold any cards and all of whom wanted my racks out within two weeks' time.
Found out that the locator had promised them the cards would sell like wildfire within seven days or they could get rid of the racks. I was never told this, and GCoA never mentioned this either.
American Eagle refused to honor the "warranty" on the placements, claiming I failed to follow to the letter the stipulations in their contract.
Contacted GCoA to get some assitance from them. They never attempted to help at all. I made more calls but none were returned.
I now have 5000 greeting cards and five display racks in my garage with nothing to do, and a loss of over $7000.
