Jacquie Lawson Animated Greeting Cards
Ignores problems in receiving cards until occasion for the card is past Washington

I paid $12 for a one-year subscription, entitling me to send cards from the site.

On December 22, a friend told me that she was unable to open a Christmas card which I had just sent 3 days before. I relayed the message to the site.

Jacquie Lawson site ignored the request until January 9 and said the person should contact them for the greeting for a holiday 3 weeks in the past.
