I have been trying for several days to renew my subscription and was led around in a loop that did not allow me to change the payment method, or even access any site to make this change. It is virtually impossible to get anything done by phone. The same thing happens: options are recited and no way to make contact with a live person - not even an outsource to India or Bangladesh. Frustrating!
