I work for CitiMortgage in Irving, TX. They are the worst possible company you could ever use or work for. They apparently just pay people to show up and do not have to do any work. When I try to enforce rules, they act like I am trying to kill people.
I work in the broker referral channel, and I can tell you brokers that you are probably getting ripped off. Find a new wholesale lender, because Citi is the worst. We only care about your loan from the standpoint of profit and how much time it takes us to close it.
