On July 9 a payment of $159.95 was charge to my bank account. I do not know the purpose of this payment. This has cause me to incurr overdraft fee of $35 x 3 = $105.00 plus this $159.95. This payment was not authorize and I do not know why you did this to me. My bank account was okay until you took all this money without my consent. I am very angry you did this to me. Please refund my account and do not do this to anybody again. I let my bank know this was unauthorized, they gave me a phone number to call and I've tried several times to get through.
After spending 13 minutes waiting for my call to be answered, I end up being referred to this reporting email. Please cancel whatever you are trying to do with my account and do not get into my personal information. This is wrong!
