This company is so very customer unfriendly. I made a payment using check by phone and dated it for a speific date. When I was informed that the funds would not be in my account at that time, I called to cancel that payment and set up another for a different date at least 4 days prior to the date I originally set up.
Today, I just checked my email to find a thank you for making a payment on the date that I changed. When I called to challenge this, I was told that they had no record of my changing the date and would not to anything to reverse the charges to my account and the charge that affected my bank account.
After speaking to several representatives and two managers, no resolve was met and I refuse to be railroaded by this company.
