This company has been harassing me also. I have been trying to get in contact with someone to cancel my account. Everytime a mad a payment it's a coincidence that my account would still go OVER THE LIMIT. I made an online payment on the 3rd of July and on the 7th of July they did and ACH debit to my account. Keep in mind that I never signed or stated anything to authorize ACH debit. To stop all of the confusion I got a new bank account number. PLEASE DO NOT pay yur bill online, putting in your bank account information will give them access to your account. AT lease that's what they think. I contacted 1st Bank of Delaware at 3025295984. They gave this number 18883233511 Continental Financial Customer Service and that's where I got to actually talk to a representative. I CANCELLED my account. We will see if my statement actually states that.
