1. Mr lorenzo if your product is such a great purchase then why on your website do you jack up the price to 5000.00 in an e-mail you sent me. Then you told me to sell it to someone else. If i don't believe a product is solid i sure am not going to pass it on to some poor soul. Sell what everything was returned to you and signed for so therefore you cannot continue to charge my card that is fraud.
2. Mr. — was not able to download the program right away we were on the phone with you several times because your program is not user friendly from download to anything else that was tried to be done. Even your manual that you send out only has 4 pages of instructions but no learning tools to do with the product. We also can go back to the fact that you never were available for training which was supposibly included in the price. You then try and send me someone else's name and phone number after i sent you the product back. Why would you not send that in an e-mail in the first place???
3. My card was not declined please get it straight. Money is kept in that account only for use when it is authorized and since you were told several times not to charge my card again. You were not authorized. I talked to you on the phone several times and told you, you even sent me an e-mail stating that the other program on the market was going for 35,000.00 why would you send that e-mail if we did not have a conversation concerning me not wanting your product. That doesn't make since i know i would not want to advertise someone else's credit repair program. That e-mail is from the beginning of february...
4. Also you really need to get it straight you charged my card again at the beginning of march not march 29. Mr. Lorenzo i have copies of all e-mails that show when you took the money out. I also do not owe you anything because the package was returned to you and it was signed for and you cannot charge someone for merchandise that they do not have.
5. I also am wondering where you are a licensed mortgage broker as anyone can go on flofr.com and look up lorenzo rodriguez and there is no one with that name that is a licensed mortgage broker. What does you speaking four languages and being a pianist have anything to do with a product that is a sham. Sounds like your trying to put up a smoke screen from what you really are. Oh by the way one more note your real estate license that you hold is inactive. Couldn't hack it in that industry either???
You also filed for your corporate license in 1990 and was charged a dissolution for not filing your annual corporate report that was in 2003. Then you came back in 2005 two years later and filed for a new corporate license. Does that mean you were running your company without a corporate license for two years???
That sounds like another case of fraud!!!
To all of those looking at this product, don't buy it!!! It is not user friendly, the supposible training manual only consist of four pages. The rest of it is his opinions of unrelated topics...
