I would like to tell you all that emc has for several years now has had my loan. And i have had nothing but problems with threats by the company staff about my loan. Like asking me if i like living in my house or the street corner. I have ask them now 2 times to stop calling me and they say send us a letter or fax one so i did both. Guess what they still call and when i told them about the letter, s i sent they said so we will still call you. I get about 6 calls a day. For all you out there i would like for you all that want to start a class action lawsuit something must me done about this company at once. I as of two months ago put my payments in escrow with my attorney intil they stop calling me and threatning me at once.
