C Taylor Agency
Didn't pay us for a job we did for them Ripoff

Internet Fraud/Scam
It's funny how she says it's the only incident, but I know of SEVERAL people who haven't gotten paid, or if they did, they got paid after a very long time. And it's funny how she says 90-120 days, but I was told 60-90! Even if it does take 120 days, why have some people not gotten paid within that time frame? Don't give me some lie about MONTHS, because it doesn't take that long, Theresa!

My name is Lupe XXXXXXX. My wife and I have been doing promotions for two years. Most of the companies we work for are out of town, even out of state, we live in San Antonio, Texas. We find most of our jobs on a website called Craigslist. Back in October I saw an ad for a job giving out samples of coffee in the morning at a local Wal-Mart. I replied to the ad with an interest in doing the job. I got a response with information on the job. The email also said that the job paid fifteen dollars an hour and the agency (TNT) paid within thirty to forty five days. Shortly after I began to send emails inquiring about details regarding the job because my wife had received emails and packages for the job. However, I hadn't. I finally got a response just a few days before the job was to be executed. My wife had already begun to do some work for TNT but had not gotten paid yet. So, after we did the job I began to get worried because if my wife had not gotten paid, then I might not get paid either. So I began to pester TNT with emails inquiring about payment. For a long time I got no answer. When I finally did get an answer I was told I had to wait like everyone else and that I needed to stop emailing them or that I would be sued for harassing the company and its employees. The jobs we did ended on December 6. Not until after January were we sent paperwork to fill out in order to be able to get paid. Then I was notified that I wasn't hired by TNT, but by C Taylor Agency. However, I never even heard of or spoke with C Taylor Agency until jan/feb. I attempted to seek others who had also suffered from this scam, and to inform others so that they would be aware and able to avoid being victims, I received several emails from others who HAD been victimized. Is it slander if it's true? Is it defamation of character if it's true? TNT has paid my wife, but I believe this was done only because we fought back and refused to be victims. If we hadn't made a fuss about payment, my wife would not have gotten paid. If their intention is to pay us then why can't they pay us in a timely manner? C Taylor Agency has sent my wife ONE check, which is small in comparison to what she is owed, but has yet to receive the rest, which she was told, was on its way. I believe that Theresa Cantanese has no intention on paying my wife what she is owed. She stated in one email that I was not to be paid. Out of all the companies we have worked for, this is the ONLY time we have had a problem getting paid! I have attempted to contact the BBB and Attorney Generals offices in their states and the D.O.L. But they can't do anything. If I try to sue her in small claims court here in Texas, she probably won't show. I want both of these women exposed for the frauds and scam artists they are. I want to put a stop to what they do and have been doing for years and prevent them from doing it any further in the future. It is wrong, immoral, and unfair. Who can I turn to? Where can I find justice? Who will help?
Although I don't mind revealing myself to those who wish to help, I ask that my identity be concealed as I continue to do promotional work and would hate to jeopardize the jobs I have lined up and future jobs as well.
Thank you.
