On February 21st, I was advised over a telephone conversation to purchase extended dealer warranty on my Cadillac Escalante 2003 for the amount of $1,701.00 sales agent John Hill requested $195.00 immediately. The following day I decided to cancel the policy; I have made several phone calls in several days to resolve this issue, but unfortunately I've had no progress with Warranty Finance, LLC; they won't hear me out. I would like them to stop withdrawal from my credit card and refund my $195.00 deposit.
