Purchased a 4 year extended warranty from Eagle Waranty Corp for my auto, paid in full, never had a claim, 1 1/2 years into the policy i traded car in. Canceled my policy and requested refund for unused portion. Was denied, nowhere in the policy does it read that there are no refunds! All other warranties i have had in the past have issued refunds with no problems.
Contacted dealer where i purchased warranty from (can only purchase thru auto dealer)
was told they no longer use them because of poor service. Spoke to Eagle's customer service several times she assured me that she saw no reason to be denied, but need to speak to Ed who is in charge these things, left several messeges but no returned calls. I did recieve a letter stating that my policy had be cancelled and NO refund will be given as per policy agreement! No where does it state that on my policy!
Buyer beware they take your money and run! Only use a company which refund unused portion, it showsyou ther not out just to take your money.
