Tried to cancel the contract within the 30-day escape clause and they have moved, certified mail came back 'FORWARD EXPIRED" If the dealer fails to return the money I paid to him for the third party

When I bought the car the dealership's finance man was sticking stuff in front of me while I was on the phone with the insurance company. My fault, wasn't paying attention to the $1,785.00 that was added for an extended warranty.

I read the contract and found that I could cancel it for a full refund if it was within 60 days of purchase.

I sent them my notice that I wanted to cancel on the 12th day. My notice came back marked "Forward Expired".

The Post Office doesn't stop forwarding in 12 days, so the dealer should have known that this was not a real company when they sold the policy to me. I will pursue the dealer for payment. I can always take the dealer to small claims court.
