This company called my office claiming to be the company we lease our copy machine from. They offered to sell me 2 bottles of copier toner, as the price was going to go up. I agreed, having never had to order toner for the machine before. When the bill came, it was for $349.00 $31.41 shipping! I called our lease company, asked if they had contacted us and they said no, they never do that. Besides, toner is covered under our lease and should we require more than 2 bottles, they would only charge $240 for 4! She said companies like this somehow obtain customer lists and "pirate" companies like mine to buy overpriced supplies. The company's invoice says all returns must have prior authorization and they do not accept parcel post returns. I have returned the toner to them and will not be paying the bill.
