I have received calls from IDCServco before and realized they are a scam, but they recently spoke to another staff member. She received 2 phone calls. The first person said he was from our supplier and that the company where we get all of our toners would be calling and letting me know that the cost of toner would be going up about $200, and that they would be faxing me a form that I would need to sign and fax back right away if I wanted to make sure that our toner prices would remain the same. (This is where I would mention to them that our toner comes free with our copier lease agreement and they usually hang-up.) Now however, they have sent us a bill for $522.41 and IDCServco is insisting that they are not the sales company, and have faxed us the signed authorization. They are scam artists and need to be stopped. The link below is a webpage attesting to the scam.
