This company will call and ask about your copier and then will call back, give the name of the person they originally spoke with and say something to the effect that this person placed an order for toner. They rope you in by shipping boxes of toner then sending an enormous bill. Do not accept any shipment from this company or any company that is not related to your copier maintenance company - it is a scam. Many receptionists may not be aware that most copiers have a service or maintenance agreement that usually covers replacement toner. This was the case with our company. They tried to send more toner and stated that our agreement had not been fulfilled, and that our discount was based on receiving all the shipments, and now we will have to pay a large amount to cancel the rest of the order. Do NOT fall for this scam. If they send a bill, do not pay it. They threatened to send us to collections if we did not accept the order or pay the bill. This is all a ploy to get you to fall into the scam.
