September bill received had the following charge:

OAN Services, Inc. Non-basic service charges $53.00
Web site address of www.oanweb.com is a fraud, and does not exist. After calling the numbers provided on the Verizon Bill, 800-944-9646 we were placed on hold for a period of time, then when we disputed the call they said we had said yes to this service.
Verizon would not address this issue, only tell us to call the numbers provided.
Keep an eye on your bills, don't pay for services you didn't order.
