I was surprised to see my bill almost $10 higher last month. When I reviewed it I found this new service which I did not authorize. I tried calling the customer service number for OAN billing and was on hold for several minutes. They provided an option to go on line to cancel the service.
When I went to the online site and entered the information requested, it came back as some strange error I have never seen before. I tried again only to be sent to the old "page can not be displayed" message.
I called Verizon billing and let them know I had read your web site and wasn't going to put up with them sending me unsolicited billings from some ripoff company. When I threatened to cancel all my accounts, they put a block on all third party billings and returned to charges to OAN.
The operator said the FCC forces them to accept these 3rd party billings and I told her that Verizon had better get on their butts about this or they could potentially lose a lot of revenue from unhappy customers like myself.
