My husband and I were wondering why our Verizon phone bill was so high each month. Do to our busy schedules, we never took time to read the entirety of the bill; believing that Verizon was billing us in good faith. Today we decided to review the bill and realized that we are being charged $16.00 a month for at least the last 6 months. I immediatley went on line to the website www.oanweb.com to attempt to find out why were they billing me for a service that I never asked for or used for that matter. This is when I found your information and realized that others have been ripped off as well.
Again I have no clue what kind of service OAN Services Inc. Was suppose to provide. I have never received any services from them. I would like my Verizon Bill to be credited.
