Fradulent Billing - Snuck in a charge of 14.95 tax in Verizon bill Unknown

Found a charge of 14.95.75 (tax) = 15.70 snuck into my Verizon bill for July 07 by ESBI (Enhanced Services Billing Inc.). I have no clue as to what the service is or what the charge is about.

I NEVER ordered it, I am outraged.

Just saw it and the numbers provided 888 295-3724 and 800 570-0269 are closed at this time (M-F 9-5 EST).

I want them to reverse the charge without a squeak.
