This individual rents houses and does not pay the rent. She pays only by cash and leaves no way of collecting on her later. Pretty smart one who must have ripped off many other landlords. I have sued and won a judgement against her after she overstayed beyond her lease/purchase contract period and also owes rent and other dues.
There are many others like her that use this same method and jump from house to house.
