Chad and Jennifer Flake of Fort Worth, Texas rented a house from me in December. They were late paying rent every month including rent for June.By July 1 they still had not paid their rent for June so I went to give them an eviction notice.
When I arrived at my rent house they had BAILED. The house was empty! They had moved out that day! Their lease contract was to end on December 31. They have not paid for 7 months rent! And to top it all off, Chad ran his boat into the garage door and did not fix it! It will have to be replaced! It cannot even be closed properly! Isn't he in the remodeling business?
DO NOT trust this couple! Their name says it all... Flaky corn Flakes! They put on the facade that they are Christian's with a good heart, but they are not! They are crooks! They owe us approximately $10,000 to finish out their lease contract and cover the repair of the garage door. We have tried to contact them many times with no response.
