I only noticed in May that 9.95 had been taken from my business account by VPRewards.com At first i assumed it was some business cards my wife had ordered over the internet with Vista Print.
The next month i saw it appear again i tried frantically to get some contact details for the company but was only able to get an email address. I had not recioeved a response to my complaint after several weeks and decided to look at the web site again. I discovered that i needed to cancell my membership using my membership details. I had no idea what my membership details where as i hadnt knowingly joined any discount club. I had to register with them in order to recieve details i needed in order to cancell the membership.
On 7th June i recieved the details i needed and on the 8th June i completed the online membership cancellation.
On the 5th of July VP rewards once again took? 9.95 from my account without authorisation.
I have now had to contact the bank to instuct them that they are not authorised to make further payments to this company. I have no way of contacting this company in person to argue my case to have unauthorised monies returned to me.
I have used Vista print on line for a couple of years for supply of my business cards but after they abused the trust i had placfed in them when i gave them my bank details i feel cheated and abused and will never use this company again and will do my upmost to ensure everyone i know is made aware of what a rip off company they are.
If anyone has contact details for this company in the UK other than an email adress i waould greatly appreciate it.
A very discruntled Stephen Moorby!!!
