Angela Brisky a/k/a Angela Ryan and Angela Antonich has been evicted from every residence she has ever rented from within 3 to 6 months of occupancy. She pays the first few months of rent and the security deposit and then never pays again.
Then she won't leave and once she does, she leaves the place in a disgusting mess with many things needing to be repaired or thoroughly cleaned. She leaves no forwarding address so when it comes time to take her to court for the money she owes it is next to impossible to find her. She has multiple judgements against her for evictions that go back as far as ten years ago that have never been paid and yet landlords continue to rent to her. She also doesn't keep up with utility bills at rental residences which usually end up coming back on to the landlord at some point as well.
She is a horrible tentant. She lies and manipulates her way into having landlords rent to her by portraying she is an innocent single mother trying to provide for her two children. She falsifies her wages to landlords so they will rent to her. Then when it comes time for the rent to be due she can't afford to pay it. She lists family members as former landlords so when it comes time to check references, she checks out ok.
Don't rent to Angela Brisky because she is a lying, cheating thief at the game of life and will surely RIP YOU OFF!
