Law says 24 hour notice. Landlord broke the law.By going inside the apt' as did the new landlords. So they all broke the law any way you look at it. The codes officer will be contacted for the landlords breaking codes and the law. Landlord beware before going into a tenants apt or house without 24 hour notice or you will find yourself facing legal charges.
