Richard O. Cornelius has been renting my house for about two years now and will not pay rent. He was supposed to purchase the house on a lease/purchase agreement; however, he can not qualify. He keeps talking a smooth, good talk about him trying to get qualified and wanting to buy it. He makes everyone think that he can; however, he can't. He will not pay rent. I am having to go through the eviction process and he will keep living at my house during this time and not paying rent.
He has damaged the house. He let the floor get flooded. He broke a water faucet. He damaged my mailbox. He allowed the house to go untreated for termites and it is now infected. He had three pit bulls and allows them to go inside and make messes. The dogs have even chewed some wood on the stairs. He has garbage outside collecting bugs and stinking. He is just a no-good person!
He also has two children which he does not take care of and does not pay child support.
Don't rent to this man nor allow him to try to purchase your home. He does not have any money!!!
