I have tried to reach this company via email of which I sent three emails concerning the extracation of $159.95 from my bank account without authorization. They stated that this is a debit service and that I signed up with them sometime in January and that they have my electronic signature.

Their advertising is fraudulant, and no where does it say that you will be chared x amount of money. I have received nothing from them in the mail. Secondly, I called them on 2 different occasions. The first time, I was unable to get through and they said to contact them via the internet. They have 3 different boxes and I chose the one to speak to a representative. Both times I sent messages and both times, there was no one available.

I also received a telephone call from a representative who was not only rude but disrespectful and uncourteous. I was told I would not get a refund and that if I thought this was fraud, they would send me a form to fill out and it would be investigated. Again, to date, I have received nothing.

I wrote a third email and they say that they will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. I have not received a response. I want a refund of my money immediately! Please note that I did not receive any response to my 2nd email either.

They are dealing fraudulantly and I don't know where they got my bank information from or my account from because I did not authorize this.

Thank you. Seems like they are ripping people off all over the place and they must be stopped and taken off the Internet.
