I received a phone call for a credit card and I was expecting a call from my bank about one. I thought they were the same thing. As i spoke with the representative i realized that they weren't.
I was told by the first representative that no money would be drawn out of my account. I was not told that it was just for internet access. I was transfered to another representative and again not told it was just for Internet.
Once more i was transfered and they took my account information but told me that nothing would be taken out of my account until I contacted them back. I thought it was weird but said okay. Again no notice that it was internet access only.
I went on the internet to research and check out the sight. The following night I checked my email and received an email, that stupid me i deleted. It stated that my accessing there website gave them the okay that they could take the money out. I tried to email customer service tell them to cancel. They wrote back that they could not do that. I would have to contact by phone.
I emailed them back and stated that my hours are totally off theirs. And asked if their was another way to contact them. They emailed me the same message back, which i deleted but printed out, with just the word "AGAIN" at the begining. I then emailed them back and told them it would be more believable that they were sorry if they didn't just copy and paste.
My days are actually my nights. I have a 1 1/2 year old son. I work graveyards. I sleep during the day and if i am awake it is taking care of my son or all of my bills which are now over 1200.00 dollars because of this and the fact that i told them i have no money.
I didn't know what to do until i found this site. Now i know what to do. Do not be fooled. Hopefully i caught it in time.
