I authorized $1.95 for 24hrs of information. They took $57.61 from my account plus the $1.95. They said by signing for the $1.95 I automatically signed me up for a monthly fee to be deducted each month. I called to cancel they said the cancellation period had passed, removed form my account on 3/1/10 I called 3/2/10.in Virginia you have 3 days to cancel a contract, and some 30 days no matter what they tell you. Then she stated, after I blewup, she would send an e-mail and as long as I responded I would receive the $57.61 refund. I repeated this 4-5 times that I would receive the $57.61 back and each time she said yes. LIE I received the email and they wanted to know why I wanted to cancel. I told them why, and they said they would review it and let me know. YEA RIGHT!
It was to late to help, but I Googled the company name and WOW a million people have been ripped off by these people! The person on the other end was some kind of
Foreignerand you had to ask her to repeat almost every word. These people should be forced to LEARN ENGLISH!!! This company needs to be STOPPED. My bank as well as said tuff crap. So I guess I am out $57.61.
