I applied for a credit card on Imagine.com, and I believe that this is where they received my banking information. At first I thought that it was the credit card company that withdrew the money until I received my statement showing that they took their from the card and gave me the balance. I went to my bank and was told of this company EDP Reporting as the company that withdrew the money. So, my bank started an investigation and 2 weeks later I receive a Debit MasterCard in the mail (04/14) and on 04/17 I received a pin number (which I haven't opened). I did not authorize this withdrawal and I would like a refund of my money. I have tried to contact them by email and by phone. The number that was given me on the card (800-757-0717), I was on hold for at least 15 minutes, I pressed to speak with a representative, I did this twice. During the recording I was given another number (800-430-0672), I called it. I was on hold for at least another 15 minutes, then an operator came on addressing that she was just an operator and for me to give her my name, phone number and the reason for the call. I was told that someone would get back with me within 48 hours (the same as the email). I don't want this card, all I want is a refund of my money. Why would I apply for a card that I have to put money on to use, I have a checking account, my money goes into my checking account.
