My refinanced mortgage was with Delta Funding, after high broker fees, my mortgage payment was a little higher than anticipated. I filed Chapter 13 Bankruptcy.
After that my mortgae was acquired by Ocwen Financial.By the time I call the 1-800 number I get nothing but press "1", Press"2", Press "4" for example, you never get to talk to a human being.
I want to inquire about my taxes not being paid through the escrow account. There is no selection for escrow.
I have written, but the response has nothing to do with what I asked for. Is there anybody there? I am afraid I am going to lose my house to overdue taxes.
Since I am Chapter 13, my house payment is being paid thorough a plan that is deducted from my paycheck every month. It is practically impossible to reach anyone on the telephone to discuss insurance, taxes, income tax statements.
When I call the number, the recording states: " If your account is current, you can access information over the Web." All other press "1" and so on.
Any one who is late, tough luck.
