I made on-line payment 2 days before due date. Receipt given which I emailed to myself. This was an attachment containing a link to my receipt. (I have no printer.) When checking account a week later, NO payment was credited to account, and late fee assessed. Link to my on-line receipt had apology that this was unavailable.
When I called customer service, I was instructed to make another payment—then they would consider my late fee. I insisted that late fee be taken off first—then I would pay. Since the same thing had happened to me before several months ago, I did let her know I was on to their scam and would be very willing to sue.
Service rep put me on hold to talk to her supervisor—after a few minutes there was a dial tone. When calling back immediately, I was unable to get through to customer service—no message, just silence.
