Awful service

Juniper Credit Card company has horrible customer service and terrible company practices. They are only concerned with charging late fees and over the limit fees. I missed my payment by four days while I was traveling so I called the customer service line to let them know I would be making a payment. I was charged a $39 late fee, which I paid along with my minimum payment and I let the customer service person know that. I asked to have the late fee waived and they said no they couldn't do that. I told them the payment I was going to make and they said that would put my account in good standing. The very next day I was charged a $39 over the limit fee. When I called customer service back to ask why the previous agent had not told me I was going to be assessed another fee or that I needed to pay more when I made my payment, they told me it was company policy that the fees are charged and it could not be reversed. I even escalated it to a supervisor and they were even more rude than the customer service rep. I will never use the credit card again (I cut it up) and I will tell all of my friends how horrible their service is.
