Promising refund but not giving it

I see that this company has ripped of others. I have called over 40 times trying to get my refund. I have been trying since October for my 119.90 refund. I have been trying for 10 months. They don't let me talk to a supervisor. The keep saying it is high priority. I keeping being told it will come soon, etc. They are all liars. We must do something! They are thiefs and criminals.
